DONATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Donations
G-Squared Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All donations are voluntary and support our mission to fund scholarships, music education, and cultural programs. Online donations are processed securely via Donorbox using Stripe or PayPal payment gateways. When you make a donation, your information is transmitted directly to these providers over encrypted connections. G-Squared Foundation does not collect or store credit-card numbers.
2. Tax-Deductible Receipts
Donors will receive an automatic email acknowledgment or receipt generated through Donorbox. For tax purposes, please retain this receipt as documentation of your contribution.
3. Recurring Donations
If you authorize a recurring donation through Donorbox, you can modify or cancel future payments at any time by following the instructions in your Donorbox confirmation email or by contacting
info@gsquaredfoundation.org.
4. Refunds
Because donations are charitable contributions, all gifts are final and non-refundable except in limited cases of processing error or accidental duplication. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original transaction by emailing info@gsquaredfoundation.org and including your name, email, donation amount, and transaction date. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Security and Privacy
All transactions are processed through Donorbox’s secure platform. Your donation data is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
